flexihire.io is a marketplace platform for services performed by its users, owned and managed by Aphthartos Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is available to users aged 15 years or older. By using this site, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

User Registration

• Only registered users may transact on FlexiHire. Registration is free.
• Separate registrations exist for corporate users (Buyers) and professionals/teams (Sellers). Dual registration is not permitted.
• Special accounts (Public Speaker, Evaluator, Virtual Project Manager) are by invitation only and governed by individual agreements.

General User Terms

• Users must fulfill their mandates and may not cancel without substantive cause. Frequent cancellations may result in blacklisting.
• All payments must be made through the FlexiHire platform. Direct payments are not permitted.
• Corporates receive all rights to delivered work unless otherwise specified.
• FlexiHire may use published delivered works for marketing and promotion.

Professionals/Teams

• Create profiles to allow corporates to evaluate suitability for mandates/services.
• Engagements are customized; mandates must have measurable deliverables/milestones.
• Standardized training modules are available for off-the-shelf purchase and cannot be customized.
• Facilitation fees: 20% for short-term contracts, 15% for long-term contracts. Net revenue is credited upon order completion and acceptance.
• Withdrawals are available via provided methods after order completion.
• Services are rated by corporates and ratings are displayed on profiles.

Corporates

• Only registered corporates can engage professionals/teams.
• Mandates are validated by the compliance team before publication.
• Advance payment into escrow is required to confirm orders.
• Payments for milestones are required as per the agreed schedule.
• Funds in escrow are automatically applied to the next purchase.
• Indirect taxes may apply based on location and law.

Progress Tracking

• Order progress is tracked via the dashboard.
• Professionals/teams update progress with completed files and proof of work.
• Deliverables and milestones can be modified by mutual agreement, with additional costs as applicable.

Reviews

• Corporates are encouraged to submit feedback and ratings for delivered services.
• Feedback must be based on legitimate sales through FlexiHire.
• Feedback is publicly displayed on professional/team profiles.
• Soliciting removal of feedback through mutual cancellations is not permitted.

Disputes and Cancellations

• Users should attempt to resolve conflicts directly. If unresolved, contact Customer Support.
• Order cancellations are handled by Customer Support or through the Resolution Center.
• Filing disputes or reversing payments outside FlexiHire is a violation and may result in account suspension.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are credited to the buyer's account.

User Conduct and Protection

• User identities are kept anonymous. Exchanging personal contact details to circumvent the platform is not allowed.
• All communications and file exchanges must occur on FlexiHire.
• Rude, abusive, or discriminatory behavior is not tolerated and may result in account suspension.
• Discrimination based on gender, race, age, religion, or sexual preference is strictly prohibited.

Violations and Non-Permitted Usage

• Warnings may be issued for violations. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account disablement.
• Non-permitted usage includes: sex or pornographic content, inappropriate language, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, and unlawful activities.
• Multiple accounts and account transfers are not allowed.

General Terms

• FlexiHire reserves the right to suspend or disable accounts for violations or illegal use.
• Disabled accounts cannot transact. Withdrawals from disabled accounts are subject to a 90-day safety period and verification.
• Disputes should be handled via the Resolution Center or Customer Support.
• Terms of Service may be updated; continued use implies acceptance of changes.

User Generated Content

• All content uploaded by users is considered User Generated Content (UGC).
• FlexiHire does not pre-screen UGC for appropriateness or rights violations. Violations may be reported and content may be removed.
• FlexiHire is not responsible for the quality or delivery of services by professionals/teams.
• By offering a service, professionals/teams confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions.

Ownership

• Upon payment, corporates are granted all intellectual property rights to delivered work, unless otherwise stated.
• Professionals/teams must keep confidential any non-public information received from corporates.
• Unless otherwise indicated, content uploaded to FlexiHire may be used for marketing and other purposes without compensation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. FlexiHire makes no guarantees regarding completeness, security, reliability, or accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation on Liability

In no event will FlexiHire or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the site or its services, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if foreseeable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
